Product Description
The eRob series is a standardized joint module product launched by Zhengzhou Defy based on its own servo drivers and absolute encoders based on years of experience in serving customers, making robot development easier, faster and safer.The eRob series has eRob70, eRob80, eRob90, eRob110, eRob142 and other models, with exquisite design, compact structure and small size. A robot arm joint module contains main components such as a servo drive, an absolute encoder at the motor end, an absolute encoder at an output end, a frameless torque motor, a brake, and a precision harmonic reducer. It saves customers the labor and time costs of selecting, designing, purchasing and assembling hundreds of mechanical and electronic devices.
Precautions
1.This product is a high-precision equipment and must be installed and debugged by professionals.2.Uncovering the tear-proof warranty label will lose the product warranty rights.
3.Pay attention to technical data.
Observe the technical data and specifications regarding the connection conditions (nameplate and documentation). If the allowable voltage or current value is exceeded, the motor will be damaged, such as overheating.
4.Safe use environment.
The protection grade of our products is IP54, and the suitable working environment temperature is -10~50℃. Please do not use our products in high temperature and high humidity environment or directly into liquid environment.
5.Beware of hot surfaces.
During the operation of the motor, the surface may be very hot according to their protection category. Its surface temperature can exceed 85℃. Wait for the motor to cool below 40℃ before touching it.
6.Software operational risk.
When saving the parameters, do not perform the power-off operation before prompting that the saving is complete, otherwise the parameter storage will be lost and the joint cannot be operated.
